Graduation Round 2: Duquesne University

It has finally happened! I have finally graduated from nursing school!!  After 11 of the hardest months of my life and 2 months living in Pittsburgh without Brian, it was so great to finally walk across that stage!  I met some incredible people during my program that I will never forget and I'm so thankful for my time at Duquesne.

 Kristen, Fran, and I

 Reunited after 2 months apart!!

Couldn't have made it through nursing school without these 2!!
(Catherine and Kristen)

 Getting pinned!

 Getting my diploma!

 All my favorite girls!!
Libby, Jackie, Caroline, Maria, Fran, Kristen and Catherine

 Love these 2

 Yup, we coordinated our outfits

My clinical group (Minus Kelly).  I couldn't have asked for a better group!

The best group of friends I could have ever asked for!

Leaving campus one last time

On our drive to Rochester we stopped in Detroit for the night and spent some time with Jeri and Matt.  They recently moved to the Detroit area and Brian finally got his chance to see the city!!  We had a great time!

The Baseball Stadium

The Football Stadium

 World Headquarters for Ford

We spent a few hours at "The Henry Ford." It is an outdoor museum park. Everything is set up and the people are all dressed like they are from the same time as Henry Ford.

They have baseball games with players dressed like they are from the 20s and play by the same rules as they did back in the day.

Getting ready to ride in a real Model T!

Detroit was a fun little stop on our drive across the country.  It was great seeing Jeri and Matt and great being able to explore the city!
