My Crazy Canuck

Jackie came to see me!!! She flew all the way from Calgary to visit me for a week. It was so freaking awesome! Up until that point, it had been about two years since I had last see her, and it was like no time had passed at all. We spent the week doing what we do best...laughing hysterically.


We moved my queen size mattress out into the living room and did a good job at having movie parties. Jackie thought she could just casually kick the mattress and it would move. She was obviously mistaken and ended up on the floor. So funny

While she was in America I introduced her to the BEST PIZZA EVER...CRAIGO'S. It is seriously amazing. We also spent a day in Provo so she could visit BYU and remember on all the fun times she had there. The week was amazing to just be able to hang out with her, but the biggest thing we did was go up to Yellowstone and take a snow coach tour through the park. It was really fun to be able to see the park in the winter time, and we can make an adventure out of anything! Here are some pictures from our journey!


We drove up to West Yellowstone the night before so that we wouldn't have to worry about the roads. We ended up staying in a cute little hotel but for whatever reason we were up in the back building...all alone. It was sketchy....



Little Miss High Maintenance didn't let me turn the heater on in the hotel room because it was too loud, but it got COLD in the middle of the night. She also doesn't like it when I would try to sleep too close to her. So in the middle of the night I kept moving over to make sure I wasn't invading her space while she kept pulling the blanket off me!! Needless to say...I ended up with NO blanket in a freezing hotel room.

These crows or ravens or whatever they are have learned to unzip the backs in the parking lot and steal food and other items. Good thing Jackie was there to save the day.
