Reason #1: Alice Johnson
Let me tell you the story of how Alice has become one of my very best friends. Alice and I were on the same dorm floor freshman year of college. She was down one hall and I was down the other. The two halls didn't interact very much, but Alice and I did have one thing in common; we both loved the TV show LOST. So once a week the floor got together for one hour and watched LOST. I didn't know a lot about Alice and when freshman year was over we both moved out and it was 2 years before I saw her again. I trace our friendship back to this one day when fate made our paths cross. I was walking home from class one day, which happened to be my birthday and for some reason I decided to go a different way. I ran into Alice and she was nice enough to invite me over to her apartment for some lunch. She didn't know that it was my birthday or that I was having a bad day. She was just was being Alice. We went to her house and she made me tuna helper, which I have since learned is an Alice trademark meal. We talked and caught up and when the meal was over I left. A few months later Alice called me because her roommates were moving out and she wanted to see if I wanted to move in with her. I looked at her apartment and shortly thereafter I moved in! The rest is history. We played and laughed, we cried and hugged, and now I have no idea what I would do without her. She is smart and funny and confident and always makes me feel good. She is an amazing example of everything that a person should be. I'm so thankful that simply crossing paths one day at school has led to one of the greatest friendships. Here is a look at the beginning of a veyr long friendship.

We throw colored flour at each other at the Festival of Colors

We rock out to Rooney in the parking lot of Spoon Me

We shnuggle in the Nook

We play on the monkey bars

We dress in really awesome clothes and hit up Dairy Queen when we really should be studying for finals.

We celebrate birthdays at the zoo
Reason #2: Will Johnson, #8 Real Salt Lake
Over the past year I have discoverd a new passion for soccer. Watching it, not playing it. Anyone that knows me knows that I have ZERO coordination on land. I am strictly a water animal. I do love soccer though....so so much. I have gone to as many Real Salt Lake games that I could and loved every single second of it. This past weekend was the first round of the MSL playoffs. I got really awesome tickets for a freakishly cheap price. My friend, Cookie, had a giant yellow cleat costume made for the world cup, so he wanted me to dress up as a giant soccer ball. After a failed attempt on my part, Noel managed to make the greatest costume!
Now on to Will Johnson. He is my favorite player on the Real Salt Lake team. He is only 23 years old and is a starter on the team. He is an agressive player that obviously puts in 110% for the entire 90 minutes of play. I think he is just a really great player. Not the best, but definitely my favorite. Even on top of that....he has the tightest and most amazing butt on the team. It makes going to a losing game SO worth it.

He is cute....in a geeky kind of way....just my type.

I will let you be the judge of that beautiful butt....
