4th of July Weekend

Happy Birthday America!!  And hello 3 day weekend!  Brian and I took full advantage of the long weekend and beautiful weather.  We finally got our kayak that we have been wanting (thanks Mom and Dad!) and took it out for the maiden voyage!  We had so much fun cruising around the lake, even though Brian wouldn't let me paddle....cause I'm pretty bad at it.

Over the holiday weekend we also practiced our golf swing at the driving range.  I'm not good enough to play an actually round of golf, but I'm getting better!

And, of course, to finish off the weekend we watched some fireworks in Rochester.  I always get homesick for Idaho Falls during the 4th of July, but we still had a great time in Minnesota!
