Almost two years ago Brian and I packed up our life and moved to Pittsburgh so that Brian could pursue a Masters of Health Administration at the University of Pittsburgh. On April 26, 2015 he graduated!!! Brian's parents and grandparents flew out for the weekend to celebrate with us! I'm so proud of Brian and all of his hard work!
Before the ceremony we decided to check out the Nationality Rooms in the Cathedral of learning. There are 29 rooms, each designed for and by a specific nationality, They were so cool! Every detail of the room was taken into account. Here are just a few pictures of just a few of the rooms.
The time has arrived!! We snapped a few pictures before heading into the ceremony! Of course, the Cathedral of Learning in the back ground was a must.
Walking into the Carnegie Mellon Music Hall for his official graduation!
The speaker was great, but it was a long ceremony to sit through.
The grandparents had time to fit in a quick nap!
Walking up to the stage
After the ceremony we all had to get hugs and pictures with the man of the hour!
